Introducing NIVA Savings

Harness Our Collective Power to Source Smarter & Save Money

NIVA has launched NIVA Savings, a program that harnesses the combined purchasing power of the independent live entertainment sector.

Based on a NIVA pilot program’s results across large and small venues, this program will generate significant cost savings for NIVA members participating in the program. Phase One of this program will offer NIVA members savings for food, barware, servingware, and cleaning supplies. Based on our pilot program data, the goal of the program is to deliver member discounts at wholesale between 10-35% on each invoice.

From start to finish, the entire NIVA Savings onboarding process could allow a member to begin saving in six weeks.

NIVA Savings Onboarding Process

  1. Click here to fill out the form.

  2. Within 5-7 business days, a NIVA Savings rep will follow up with the NIVA member to initiate the onboarding process. 

  3. The NIVA Savings team will work with the NIVA member to schedule a call via email. 

  4. During that call, the NIVA Savings team will discuss NIVA member costs, explore desired reductions, and compare those savings to offerings available from this program. 

  5. Following the call, each NIVA member will submit current invoices and other requested information. 

  6. Once the NIVA Savings team receives the members’ market basket data, they will compare members’ current costs against the actual savings that the NIVA Savings program can offer.

  7. NIVA members will receive a report with the actual savings for each item and each invoice submitted to the NIVA Savings team for analysis and comparison. 

  8. NIVA members will then be given the opportunity to opt-in to the program and can begin saving immediately.
