Frequently Asked Questions

  • Log in using the email address and zip (postal) code you used to register for the conference.

    Member Bundle Registration?
    Use your own email address, but the zip (postal) code will match the one used by the person who registered your group. If you’re unsure, check with the group’s primary registrant.

    Speaker or Staff Registration?
    If the NIVA team registered you directly, you should have received an email confirming your zip (postal) code. Didn’t get it? Can’t find it? Email us at conference@nivassoc.org and we’ll help you get set up.

    Help! I still can’t log in.
    Email us at conference@nivassoc.org. For onsite troubleshooting, stop by the registration desk or the NIVA table in Miller High Life Theatre.

  • During registration, you were asked whether NIVA could share your information with other conference attendees.

    • If you selected YES: You’ve agreed to share your information. You will appear in the attendee list within the app and will be able to use the Attendee Chat to find and message other attendees.

    • If you selected NO: Your information will remain private. You will not appear in the attendee list and will not have access to the Attendee Chat feature.

    *Note: You can update your attendee consent by modifying your registration record here.

  • You can view or modify your registration record here.

    *Note: You will need your registration reference number, which can be found in your registration confirmation email.

  • Tap My Profile in the app menu to see and edit what other attendees can view. Your profile is pre-filled with your registration details, but you can personalize it!

    You can:

    • Upload a profile photo

    • Update your name, title, organization, or contact info

    • Add interests to help connect with others

    • Adjust settings, including push notifications

  • You may have push notifications turned off. To check, tap My Profile in the app menu and make sure the “Allow push” toggle is turned on.

    Still not getting alerts? Double-check your phone’s system settings to ensure notifications are enabled for the app.
