Use this form to sign up an independent venue, promoter or festival as a member of NIVA. If you have multiple venues or festivals under one organization you will be able to add them using this form. If you represent separate organizations please fill out this application for each organization.

We know you have many questions about the Save Our Stages Act and how it will be administered. NIVA WILL NOT ADMINISTER THE SAVE OUR STAGES ACT GRANTS. The Save Our Stage Act is a government program and will be administered by The Small Business Administration (SBA).
